The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that allows frontier AI models to securely connect to external data sources and execution tools.
Memron MCP Architecture
The Memron MCP server runs as a standalone microservice (services/mcp-server) mounted on HTTP endpoint /mcp. It supports:
- Streamlined JSON-RPC 2.0 transport
- Sub-5ms in-memory API key authorization cache
- Zod input schema validation
- Automatic AES-256-GCM decryption for tool outputs
